Before you start

  • An MCP client that supports remote HTTP transport and OAuth 2.1

Use the same endpoint when connecting Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another compatible MCP client.

Setup instructions

    Find MCP settings

    Open your client's settings for MCP, connectors, or remote tools.

    Add a remote MCP server

    Choose remote HTTP / streamable HTTP MCP server.

    Paste the MCP URL

    Use the WhoisExtractor MCP endpoint on this page.

    Select OAuth authentication

    Use OAuth 2.1 when prompted.

  5. 5

    Complete sign-in

    Sign in at whoisextractor.com/login (magic link, Google, or GitHub) and approve the requested permissions.

  6. 6

    Verify tools

    Your client should list WhoisExtractor tools after authorization.
